Hey there team, the client has asked us for some help with her pdfs: Alixander- Regarding the documents sent in the last two emails: 1- The "Blank Management agreement UVR.pdf" needs to be transcribed into a text/.txt document. 2- "Urban Valley Rentals Master Lease Copy.pdf" needs to be updated to reflect any changes in the Residential_Rental_Agreement_11-2020.pdf". Please note: there are some longer additions in "Urban Valley Rentals Master Lease Copy.pdf" made by the client that need to stay in place, i.e. such as the tenant forfeiting their deposit.
